My Favorite Part of Therapy:
- Witnessing Growth: I love being a therapist because I get to witness people grow, heal, and reconnect with their inner strength over time—it’s a privilege to be part of that journey.
- Meaningful Connection: Building authentic, trusting relationships with clients allows for deep, meaningful connection that feels both human and transformative.
- Creating Safe Space: I’m passionate about creating a nonjudgmental, safe space where people can explore their emotions, challenges, and identities freely.
- Empowering Change: Helping clients gain insight, develop tools, and make empowered changes in their lives is deeply rewarding and inspires hope.
Angelina's Specialties
I help teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and life transitions. My approach integrates CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. Your treatment plan will focus on building coping skills, emotional regulation, and self-awareness, leading to improved emotional stability, resilience, and a stronger sense of well-being.
Common Thoughts Before a Session

“I should be able to handle this on my own.”
