Meet Ansley Lowe
RMHCI
Ansley is a school-based clinician and only provides services at a client’s school or virtually.
Ansley’s Favorite Things
- Helping to foster positive relationships within families
- Being a part of a clients journey into a more positive view of themselves
- Seeing individuals discover ways they can support their mental health
What a session with me looks like:
A session with me varies on the client’s needs. Sometimes it includes coloring, the use of play, or using games to build up tolerance. I always will take time to hear what my clients are saying, whether it is through their actions or their words.
“It is better to know some of the questions than all of the answers”
Before therapy, Ansley’s clients often say:

“My Mom never listens to me”

“I just get so angry at my classmates then I act out”

“I don’t know what im feeling”

“I can’t stop fighting with my siblings”
Ansley enriches clients lives by:
- Being open to using the therapy hour for what the client needs while still challenging the client to grow
- Providing a space where the client can say what they want without a fear of judgement
- Staying up to date with new therapeutic interventions and always learning new ways to support clients.
